The other night I made this tea for mom, lil' one, and myself. Not only was the tea delicious and warming, it also knocked all of us out for the night - as it was intended to do.
HERE'S THE MAGIC POTION:
Linden flowers (loose or tea bag)
Anise seeds (in an herb strainer)
Bring water to a boil. Remove pot from the heat source. Add dried linden flowers and anise seeds (in a tea infuser to contain the leaves and seeds). Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes. Add a teaspoon of raw honey. Stir and enjoy.
